Privacy policy
This policy describes, in general terms, how information may be handled when someone visits Hanf Samen. It does not claim compliance with a specific statute and it does not register an operator. The site is informational reading material and does not request gaming accounts.
General provisions
By using the site, the visitor accepts this description. If they do not agree, they may leave the pages. Processing is limited to displaying the content and remembering a notice preference.
What data may be processed
This project does not ask for a name, email, telephone number or identity documents. There are no registration or contact forms. Only data that the browser itself sends when loading static files may exist, plus a preference stored on the device if the cookie notice is accepted.
Technical data
The server or hosting environment may routinely log IP address, browser type, language, requested pages and time of access. Those logs, if they exist, support operation and protection of the site. They are not used here to build commercial profiles.
Cookies and local preference
The notice visible on the site states that a local preference about that same notice may be stored. In practice the site uses the browser’s localStorage, with the key hanfsamen-notice and the value accepted, when the visitor chooses Accept. The project code does not install advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. The visitor can delete that preference with the browser’s own tools.

Legal bases

The code of this project does not embed advertising pixels or social widgets. If the visitor opens the site through a hosting provider, content delivery network or browser, those actors may process data under their own rules, which are separate from Hanf Samen. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com); that load is subject to that provider’s policies.
Retention and protection
The notice preference remains on the device until it is deleted. Technical logs, if hosting generates them, follow the period that environment applies. Protection relies on usual practices for static sites: not collecting more data than needed and not publishing credentials in the code.
Visitor rights
